The story behind FAMA E GUSTO
Our name might sound like the Italian words for fame and taste, but it holds a much deeper meaning for us. Inspired by Famagusta, the name of the chef’s parents’ restaurant, a tribute to the place where our chef’s culinary journey began. From a young age, he learned the heart and soul of cooking in his mother’s kitchen, where every dish told a story of family, tradition, and passion.
